My Italian heritage and cultural roots influence my art. For me, art is a road that bridges both contemporary creativity and emotional senses.
I use layered textures and color to convey my message while evoking the viewer's own visual interpretation. I limit the use of brushes and find my voice through trowels, spatulas and knives.
While my work is influenced by images of Italian culture, I am empowered by the inspiration of classic modern artists Pollack, Kandinsky and Saviola perhaps because they broke the rules and created their art without rules but from ones own self.
